Why Sunshine Window?

One of my oldest memories of my childhood is of me, lazing on the sofa with a book, beside the huge french door with the  curtains fluttering in the afternoon sea breeze. It is such a vivid and comforting memory that whenever I think of it I can actually feel the breeze and hear the sound of children playing outside. That window has always been my favorite spot. It has a fantastic view filled with coconut trees all around. It is an oasis in the middle of  a bustling, busy city. So when I decided to write a blog, that is what came to my mind.

What is this blog about?

I enjoy decorating my home, trying out different recipes and my kids are a big part of my life. So the blog is not one thing but different things that make up my life, the things that make me come alive and enjoy my life. I have been so inspired by many of the blogs. Inspired to think, to create, to appreciate my life better. This blog is about taking up those inspirations and creating some of my own.
